The schedule

Day by Day

Day 1

Thursday, November 5

Arrival & Opening Ceremony

Arrive and get settled — rooms, property, schedule, and logistics are covered in a relaxed orientation so everyone knows what to expect and questions get answered before the week begins. Introductions follow: couples meet each other and the facilitation team. The evening heads into Buffalo for the Occidental Saloon Jamboree — a proper Wyoming welcome. The night closes back at the ranch with the Opening Ceremony at the fire pit: a circle of intention, the first flame, and the beginning of the journey.

Dinner included. Arrive by 4:00 PM.

Day 2

Friday, November 6

Tools for the Everyday

Morning opens with walking, meditation, and a daily energy routine to settle the body and clear the mind. Midday brings your first encounter with the herd — a gentle, ground-based introduction to Equine Assisted Learning where each partner is invited to simply notice what arises. The afternoon turns inward: a reflection on the value of agency and what it means to choose consciously. The day closes with dinner and a sunset ride through the Big Horn Mountains — on horseback, together.

All meals included. Riding attire recommended for the evening ride; closed-toe shoes required.

Day 3

Saturday, November 7

The Energies of Love

Morning opens with the daily energy routine and meditation. The first session explores the Energies of Love — drawing on Donna Eden's framework to map the energetic temperaments each partner carries into the relationship. From there, couples move into element charting: identifying the elemental signatures at play in your dynamic and where they harmonize or collide. After lunch, the group heads into the Big Horn Mountains. The afternoon is spent with the herd — harnessing as a team, learning to read and respond to the horses as partners. The day ends around the fire with a cowboy picnic dinner under the Wyoming sky.

All meals included. Outdoor attire recommended for the afternoon and evening.

Day 4

Sunday, November 8

Energies, History & the Open Road

Morning begins with meditation and the daily energy routine, followed by a reflection on the day before — what landed, what shifted, what's still moving. The morning session continues the Energies of Love work, deepening the element mapping from Day 3 and exploring how those energies show up in real moments between partners. After lunch, the group makes the trip to Casper for an afternoon at the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center — a grounding reminder of the journeys people have made across this land and what it takes to keep moving forward together. The drive back brings the day full circle, arriving in time for dinner.

All meals included. Comfortable walking shoes recommended for the Trails Center.

Day 5

Monday, November 9

Equine Assisted Learning & Closing Ceremony

Morning opens with the daily energy routine and meditation. The final session of the Energies of Love work brings the week's element mapping to completion — integrating what each partner has learned about themselves and each other. After lunch, couples return to the arena for a group EAL exercise: working with the herd together, applying everything the week has built. The evening closes with dinner and a ceremony of intention — each couple naming the new behaviors, interests, and ways of being they are choosing to carry forward. What you plant here, you tend at home.

All meals included. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.

Day 6

Tuesday, November 10

Closing & Departure

A final morning session to integrate the week's work and set intentions for life at home. Couples leave with practiced tools, a renewed shared intention, and a clear path forward. Breakfast included; check-out by noon.

Breakfast included. Depart by 12:00 PM.
